Role Description The Jr.

Customer Relations

Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing timely support, and ensuring a positive experience across communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. The specialist will assist in resolving issues, collecting feedback, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking systems.

Day-to-day activities include supporting customer retention initiatives, monitoring satisfaction levels,



and collaborating with internal teams to improve service processes. The role also includes assisting with follow-ups on digital marketing services and helping customers understand available solutions.

Qualifications

Strong customer interaction and service orientation, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills.

Ability to build long-term relationships focused on Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction.

Clear and skilled Communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail in documenting interactions and following up on customer requests.

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is an advantage.

Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Jaipur.

Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer requests.
