Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jr Business Development Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Jr Business Development

Executive will support new business acquisition by identifying prospects, assisting in lead generation activities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and tracking tools. This role includes engaging with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting company services, and assisting in preparing proposals and follow-ups.



The team member will collaborate closely with senior business development and account management teams to nurture client relationships and support deal closure.

The role also involves basic market research, competitor analysis, and regular reporting on pipeline status and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation for identifying and qualifying prospects.

Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills for supporting client relationships and ensuring service satisfaction.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for engaging with clients, presenting solutions, and collaborating with internal teams.

Basic understanding of ERP, SaaS, or technology services and interest in AI-driven business solutions is beneficial.

Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment with good analytical, organizational, and time management capabilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
