Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Job Title based in the Pune Division. The role involves supporting end-to-end project execution within the real estate and fintech domain, contributing to planning, analysis, and coordination activities that align with Justo’s FABRIC framework.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include gathering and interpreting data, preparing reports and presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in the positioning and performance tracking of real estate projects. The individual will be expected to maintain accurate documentation,



follow internal processes and compliance standards, and help drive outcomes that create measurable value for stakeholders. The role also requires proactive communication, problem-solving, and a solid focus on learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, with capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in business communication, including clear written and verbal communication and preparation of reports and presentations.
- Organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort with technology tools and platforms commonly used in business and real estate/financial services environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in on-site, cross-functional teams and engage with diverse stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Interest in real estate, fintech, and data-driven approaches to project planning and performance; prior industry experience is a plus.
