Customer Support Non Voice Executive!

Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Customer Support Voice Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer Non Voice Process, resolve customer queries, and provide excellent service experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer queries via email and chat.
- Process customer requests accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Resolve customer issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.




- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts if required.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Eligibility Criteria

- Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or voice process is an added advantage.
