Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Customer Counsellors to join our team. The role involves connecting with customers who have shown interest in our healthcare platform, understanding their requirements, and converting them into successful leads through effective communication and timely follow-ups.

MBA Freshers: Best in Industry

MBA with 1+ Year Sales Experience: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities

Counsel customers over the phone who have shown interest in our healthcare platform.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare services.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into successful leads.

Explain products and services effectively using the provided sales script.

Maintain high-quality customer interactions and achieve daily targets.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Update customer information and follow-up details in the system.

Work closely with the team to achieve business goals.

Eligibility Criteria





MBA (Any Specialization) – Freshers are welcome.

MBA candidates with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience are preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Good relationship management skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.
