Job Title: Regional Sales Specialist – India (POS & Payment Solutions) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra or Delhi NCR (Uttar Pradesh) – with frequent travel within India Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Specialist to drive the growth of our POS and payment solutions across India. This role focuses on new business development, key account management, and achieving sales targets while building sustainable client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities ·Develop and execute regional sales strategies to promote the company’s product portfolio in the Indian market. ·Achieve assigned sales targets in line with the department's marketing and business plans. ·Identify and penetrate new market segments, acquire new customers, and expand the product's market reach. ·Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and industry trends, to inform strategic decisions. ·Plan and implement sales activities and promotional campaigns within the region to drive revenue growth. ·Build, manage,



and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering long-term strategic cooperation.

Qualifications ·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is a plus. ·2–5 years of relevant experience in the POS and payment industry, with a solid understanding of the Indian business environment and payment ecosystem. ·Proven ability to work independently with solid attention to detail. ·Excellent business development and account management skills. ·Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required. ·Strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning capabilities, with the ability to coordinate across teams.
