Sales Executive – Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery retail and be confident in assisting customers, closing sales, and delivering a premium shopping experience.

Previous Jewellery Retail Experience is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with their jewellery purchases.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Educate customers about lab-grown diamonds, their certification, quality, and benefits.
- Handle enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and other online platforms.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain customer records.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure products are displayed as per brand standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of jewellery retail sales experience (Mandatory).
- Experience working in a jewellery showroom or luxury retail workplace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating in both English and Hindi.
- Customer-oriented with excellent selling and relationship-building skills.




- Basic knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, or lab-grown diamonds is preferred.
- Well-groomed, professional, and target-driven.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
