Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jeet Manager role based in Varanasi.

The Jeet

Manager is responsible for driving sales of life insurance products through designated bank branches, ensuring achievement of business targets and quality parameters. Daily activities include engaging with branch staff, conducting product trainings, supporting customer meetings, and coordinating marketing initiatives to increase penetration of SUD Life offerings. The role involves monitoring branch performance,



analyzing sales reports, and implementing action plans to improve productivity and persistency.

The Jeet

Manager also maintains compliance with regulatory and company policies, ensures superior customer service, and represents SUD Life's brand and values in the local market.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed branch-level targets.

- Proficiency in relationship management and stakeholder engagement, especially with bank staff and customers.

- Good communication and presentation skills to conduct product trainings and explain insurance solutions clearly.

- Analytical and planning abilities to review performance data, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.

- Understanding of life insurance products, banking operations, and regulatory guidelines (IRDAI) is highly beneficial.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a specialization in finance, insurance, or marketing is an advantage.

- Prior experience in life insurance, bancassurance, or financial services sales, preferably in a branch-based role.

- Comfort working on-site in Varanasi, with readiness to travel locally to assigned branches as needed.

- Demonstrated integrity, customer-centric mindset, and ability to work in a diverse, performance-driven environment.
