Role Description The Jewellery Computer-Aided Design Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Haldwani. This role involves creating detailed 3D models of jewelry pieces, preparing CAD files for manufacturing, and generating realistic renders for client presentations and marketing materials. The designer will interpret design briefs, sketch concepts, and translate them into accurate digital models while ensuring structural integrity, comfort, and manufacturability.

Daily tasks include revising designs based on feedback, maintaining organized design libraries, coordinating with production teams, and adhering to quality and timeline expectations. The role also includes staying updated on CAD tools, jewelry trends,



and best practices to enhance design efficiency and creativity.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong jewelry CAD and 3D modeling skills (e.g., experience with Rhinoceros, Matrix, ZBrush, or similar software).

Candidates should possess skills in 3D rendering and visualization, including the ability to produce high-quality images for client review and marketing.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of jewelry design principles, materials, stone settings, and manufacturing processes (casting, CNC, hand-setting).

Candidates should possess attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and the ability to create technically sound designs suitable for production.

Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with designers, clients, and production teams.

Relevant education in jewelry design, industrial design, or a related field is beneficial; skilled experience in a jewelry CAD environment is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Haldwani, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback and evolving design requirements.

Knowledge of current jewelry trends and willingness to continuously learn new CAD tools and techniques is an advantage.
