Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced JavaScript Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs for students, professionals, and aspiring developers. The ideal candidate will possess strong JavaScript development expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex programming concepts. The trainer will design and conduct engaging sessions covering JavaScript fundamentals, advanced concepts, and modern frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training sessions on JavaScript and related web technologies.

- Develop and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.

- Explain programming concepts including variables, functions, objects, arrays, DOM manipulation, asynchronous programming, and ES6+ features.

- Conduct practical coding exercises, workshops, and project-based learning activities.

- Mentor students and provide technical guidance throughout the learning journey.

- Evaluate learner progress through quizzes, assignments, and coding assessments.

- Train learners on up-to-date JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React.js, Node.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Assist in curriculum design and continuous improvement of training programs.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in JavaScript development.

- Support learners in developing real-world projects and portfolio applications.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a JavaScript Developer, Trainer, or Technical Instructor.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).

- Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.

- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Familiarity with backend JavaScript development using Node.js.

- Understanding of REST APIs, AJAX, JSON, and asynchronous programming.

- Experience with Git and version control systems.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Training or teaching certification.

- Experience in corporate training or academic instruction.

- Knowledge of TypeScript and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes.

- Experience developing e-learning content and assessments.
