Job Summary

Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) In this role, you ll take real ownership of the products that keep the world s access systems running smoothly. Responsibilities

- Own End-to-End Delivery: Code, design, execute, and take full responsibility for the delivery and maintenance of software projects and products.
- Shape the R&D; Roadmap: Partner with business stakeholders to define project deliverables and manage the roadmap of R&D; initiatives.
- Bridge Client Needs: Collaborate with Technical Relationship Managers and Architects to translate client-initiated R&D; requests into robust solutions.
- Drive Issue Resolution: Act as the go-to point of contact for managing and driving production defects through to resolution.
- Streamline Critical Processes: Tailor processes to manage time-sensitive issues and bring them to swift, effective closure.

What You Bring

- Engineering bachelor s degree (BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent) in Computer Science
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong working knowledge of Java 8+, ORM, and Spring Boot, with experience in a testing framework such as JUnit or Cypress




- Practical experience with at least one relational database (MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL)
- Proven experience designing scalable microservices solutions
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, strong debugging skills, and experience with log frameworks such as ELK
- Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, with responsive design coding skills; experience with Angular is a plus
- Familiarity with CI/CD and Docker/Kubernetes, and knowledge of a message queue such as RabbitMQ or Kafka, is a plus
- Demonstrated track record delivering enterprise-grade software end-to-end, including providing technical guidance to others
- Robust background in continuous integration practices, with excellent analytical, reasoning, and communication skills
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to advocate for and influence multiple stakeholders
- Attention to detail and quality, with the ability to work well in and across teams
