Key responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to ensure efficient and high-quality software development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the requirements and design technical solutions using Java and related technologies.
- Architect, design, and develop high-performance and scalable Java applications and services.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Java components with other software systems.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback to team members, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and address technical risks and challenges in the Java development process.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing of Java applications for functionality, performance, and security.
- Stay updated with the latest Java trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Resolve technical issues and provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed.
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for Java development within the organization.
- Collaborate with the project management team to estimate effort, plan resources, and track progress of Java development activities.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, technical design, and architectural principles in Java development projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency across projects.
