Expected to

- Lead technical design discussions.
- Design scalable and resilient distributed systems.
- Drive cloud-native and event-driven architecture adoption.
- Mentor engineers across teams.
- Influence engineering standards and best practices.

Required Experience

- 6-10 years of software engineering experience.
- Proven experience designing scalable distributed applications.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with cloud-based deployments and container platforms.
- Experience leading technical design discussions.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and reviewing design decisions.

Preferred Experience

- Azure cloud ecosystem.
- Large-scale enterprise application development.
- Supply Chain, OMS, Inventory, or Fulfillment systems.
