Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
- Build high-performing frontend applications using React.js or similar modern JS frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD.
- Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers in the team.
- Work closely with DevOps to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a sense of urgency.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
- Strong frontend development skills with React.js (preferred)



or Angular, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of build and automation tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to GraphQL APIs.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and security best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development setting.
