Role Description The Java DSA Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs in Java programming and Data Structures & Algorithms for learners at various levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating practical coding exercises, explaining core concepts, and conducting interactive classroom sessions to build strong problem‑solving skills. The trainer will assess learner performance through assignments, tests, and projects, provide constructive feedback, and guide participants on best practices for coding interviews and real-world applications.

The role also involves updating training content based on current industry trends,



collaborating with the training team to improve course delivery, and supporting workshops or bootcamps as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Java programming skills, including object-oriented concepts, collections, exception handling, and Java-based application development.

Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, such as arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, sorting, searching, and complexity analysis.

Candidates should possess experience in teaching, mentoring, or training, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles.

Candidates should possess curriculum design and content creation skills, including preparing slides, coding problems, projects, and assessment materials.

Candidates should possess strong communication and presentation skills, along with classroom management and learner engagement capabilities.

Candidates should possess familiarity with coding platforms, IDEs (e.g., IntelliJ, Eclipse), online judge tools, and basic version control (e.g., Git).

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, would be beneficial.

Industry exposure to software development, interview preparation for product-based companies, or competitive programming experience would be an added advantage.
