Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Java Backend Developer Immediate Joiner at Pineswift Technologies. The role involves tasks such as software development, working with microservices, programming, utilizing the Spring Framework, and proficiency in Java.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in Java development
- Relevant certifications in Java and Spring Framework are a plus
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Java 8+, Spring, Hibernate (JPA),
and related technologies
- Strong experience with messaging tools, particularly Kafka
- Expertise in NoSQL/SQL databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Proficient with cache databases like Redis
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and debugging techniques
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Experience with microservices architecture
Additional Skills
- Robust communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Understanding of cross-cutting concerns including logging, monitoring, debugging, and security
- Knowledge of software design patterns: Creational, Structural, and Behavioral
Certifications
- Certification in Java or related technologies is preferred
