- Strong experience with Java (8+) and Spring Boot in a production setting.
- Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with WebSockets, REST APIs, or message queues
(Kafka/Redis/RabbitMQ).
- Good knowledge of relational databases (Postgres/MySQL) and query optimization.
- Comfort with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments (Docker).

- Lead design & development of low-latency, high-throughput trading platforms.
- Mentor engineers on coding, testing, and architectural best practices.
