Senior Software Engineer - Java | Spring Boot | BPM_5+years Summary - Are you an experienced Java Backend Developer with expertise in Spring Boot, BPM, and PostgreSQL? We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable enterprise applications, develop robust backend services, and drive end-to-end software development. Location - Gurugram / Noida / Bengaluru / Pune (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and BPM technologies.
- Build scalable backend services, develop RESTful APIs, and optimize database interactions using PostgreSQL.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, estimation, code reviews, and solution architecture discussions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, provide application support, and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional Agile teams.
- Mentor junior developers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to continuous technical improvements.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, BPM technologies, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience in designing scalable enterprise applications with strong knowledge of REST APIs,
Object-Oriented Programming, and Design Patterns.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills;
experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Microservices, Cloud (Azure), or CI/CD practices will be an added advantage.
