Job Title: Japanese Language Trainer (JLPT N3 Certified) Location: Chennai

Eligibility: Candidates from Tamil Nadu only

Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and experienced Japanese Language Trainer with JLPT N3 Certification (Mandatory) to deliver high-quality Japanese language training. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging sessions, preparing students for JLPT examinations, and helping learners develop practical communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Japanese language training for JLPT N5, N4, and N3 levels.
- Deliver interactive sessions covering speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and mock tests.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Guide students in JLPT exam preparation and interview readiness.
- Conduct revision sessions and doubt-clearing classes.
- Maintain attendance, assessments, and progress reports.




- Create an engaging and student-friendly learning environment.

Required Qualifications

- JLPT N3 Certification is Mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Japanese language training (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese, English, and Tamil.
- Positive presentation and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling both online and offline classes.
- Knowledge of Japanese culture and business etiquette.
- Ability to motivate students and achieve high JLPT success rates.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.

Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates must be from Tamil Nadu only.
- Willing to travel within Tamil Nadu if required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
