Role Overview :

As a Retail Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of complex retail technology deployments for our enterprise clients. You will serve as the primary bridge between technical development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our software solutions are implemented to meet specific supply chain and retail execution objectives.

This role is pivotal in driving project success, managing cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring that our clients realize maximum value from our platforms. You will operate in a dynamic environment, managing multiple high-stakes projects across various geographies while maintaining a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale retail software implementations to ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships by aligning client expectations with technical capabilities and project milestones.




- Oversee supply chain integration workflows to ensure seamless data flow between retail execution platforms and existing client ERP systems.
- Mitigate project risks by identifying potential bottlenecks in the deployment lifecycle and implementing proactive resolution strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and support, to ensure the delivered solution addresses specific retail business requirements.
- Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership to track progress against business outcomes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to manage full-lifecycle software projects within the retail or consumer goods sector, with a minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
- Solid proficiency in supply chain management processes and their integration with digital retail solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at the senior management level.
- Proven track record of leading distributed teams and managing remote project environments effectively across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on translating complex business challenges into actionable project plans.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical project status to both non-technical business users and internal engineering teams.
- A degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field from a reputable institution is preferred.
