Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable and high-performance enterprise applications using J2EE.
- Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to the development team.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in J2EE and related frameworks.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in J2EE development and architecture.
- Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Proficient in database design and management, with experience in Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, microservices architecture, and enterprise application development.
