e are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious ITI Maintenance Fitter to join our chemical manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heavy-duty processing equipment, piping, and rotating machinery. Your expertise will ensure zero-leakage operations and maximum uptime while strictly adhering to chemical safety protocols. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Key Responsibilities

- Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled PM routines on pumps (centrifugal, gear, and dosing), valves, agitators, reactors, and compressors.

- Equipment Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical faults, disassemble machinery, replace worn parts (bearings, seals, gaskets, and gears), and reassemble to exact tolerances. [1, 2, 3, 4]

- Piping & Fabrication: Cut, thread, align, and fit industrial piping systems (SS, MS, and PVC) suitable for corrosive chemical transfer. [1, 2]
