Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

ITAM Technical Lead with

5–10 years of experience in IT Asset Management and solid expertise in

ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro)

implementation. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAM Pro implementations, solution design, integrations, software license compliance, and optimization initiatives while providing technical leadership and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of ServiceNow SAM Pro.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITAM and SAM Pro modules.

- Design and implement Software Asset Management processes and workflows.

- Configure Software Models, Entitlements, License Metrics, Publisher Packs, Reclamation Rules, and Software Normalization.

- Perform software license reconciliation and compliance reporting.

- Integrate ServiceNow with Discovery,



SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Flexera, and other inventory sources.

- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Catalog Items.

- Build integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

- Maintain CMDB data integrity and support Asset Lifecycle Management.

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, integration, and performance issues.

- Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, and solution architecture discussions.

- Mentor developers and administrators on ServiceNow best practices.

- Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and knowledge transfer materials.

- Support production deployments, upgrades, enhancements, and platform releases.
