Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of servers, networks, operating systems, and end-user systems while providing technical support and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security hardening.
- Configure and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Monitor network devices, firewalls, switches, routers, and VPN connections.
- Maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and cloud services.
- Respond to technical incidents and provide Level 2/Level 3 support.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and support services.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Robust knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN.
- Experience with backup, recovery, and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and endpoint protection.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
