Responsibilities
- Ensure Configuration of Critical development & Production servers & Regularly audits systems/services and equipment to ensure that optimum functionality is being provided.
- Provides remote trouble shooting of systems for employees/customers.
- Systems are installed to meet set deadlines.
- Manage user provisioning/de-provisioning securely.
- Apply security patches to infrastructure and endpoints.
- Monitor network and server logs for anomalies.
- Backup critical systems and verify restore processes.
- Enforce antivirus, encryption, and endpoint protection policies.
