Job Title: IT Support & Systems Coordinator

Location: Udumalaipettai, Tamil Nadu

We are looking for an experienced IT Support & Systems Coordinator to manage ERP systems, IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and CCTV surveillance operations in a manufacturing setting. The role involves supporting end users, coordinating with vendors, ensuring system uptime, and driving smooth ERP implementation and adoption across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate ERP implementation, support, testing, training, and user adoption.

- Provide first-level ERP troubleshooting and user support.

- Manage IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and software applications.

- Administer LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security.

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and surveillance infrastructure.

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, ERP, and network-related issues.

- Manage data backup, recovery, antivirus, endpoint security, and access controls.

- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, SOPs, and performance reports.

- Coordinate with ERP vendors, hardware suppliers,



and service providers.

Salary: 5LPA CTC (Negotiable)

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP support, ERP implementation, or IT Administration.

- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or production environments preferred.

- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation and maintenance.

- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, Odoo, ERPNext, or Tally Prime.

- Strong understanding of Windows Administration, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity.

- Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and backup solutions.

- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
