This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build their careers in IT Support and gain hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure.

Job Summary The IT Support Executive will assist in providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role offers excellent learning opportunities under the guidance of experienced IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Install software, drivers, and security updates.
- Assist in creating and managing user accounts and password resets.
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Configure printers and resolve printing-related issues.
- Assist in setting up workstations for new employees.
- Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.




- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members when required.
- Follow IT security policies and best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Helpdesk.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as LAN, Wi-Fi, IP Addressing, and Internet connectivity.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a Night Shift.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office 365).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Remote Desktop tools is a plus.
- Understanding of antivirus software and endpoint security.
- Knowledge of printers, scanners, and peripheral device configuration.
- Basic awareness of cloud technologies is an added advantage.
