Job Summary

Alphawizz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Linux systems, web hosting, server management, and technical support. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, managing hosting environments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based servers and operating systems.
- Manage web hosting environments, domains, DNS records, SSL certificates, and email configurations.
- Monitor server health, uptime, backups, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot Linux, hosting, and server-related issues.
- Configure and maintain FTP, SSH, cPanel/Plesk, and web server environments.
- Assist developers with server deployments and application hosting.
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Coordinate with hosting providers and third-party vendors when required.
- Ensure data security and system reliability through regular monitoring and backups.

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT Support,



System Administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux , Windows (Ubuntu, CentOS, or other distributions).
- Hands-on experience with web hosting, domain management, and server administration.
- Familiarity with cPanel, Plesk, WHM, or similar hosting control panels.
- Basic knowledge of Apache, Nginx, MySQL, PHP, and web server configuration.
- Understanding of DNS, SSL certificates, FTP, SSH, SMTP, and email server configuration.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewalls.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools for IT support and productivity is an added advantage.
- Experience in an IT service-based company is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Only Indore-based candidates are preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of scripting (Bash or Shell scripting) is an advantage.
- Understanding of backup, recovery, and server security best practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.11 - ₹30,000.02 per month
