Overview:Join Guardian Capital Investment Advisory Pvt. Ltd., a premier wealth management firm, as an IT Specialist. We are seeking a tech-driven skilled with at least 2 years of IT experience, particularly in fintech, investment automation, API integrations, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will help streamline our financial processes, enhance automation, and improve UI/UX for our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. UI/UX & Website Enhancement

> - Improve and restructure our website’s user interface for better client experience.
>
> - Build interactive dashboards for financial analytics and real-time portfolio monitoring.
>
> - Ensure smooth integration of CRM systems, investment tools, and digital platforms.

2. Automation & Process Optimization

> - Identify manual workflows in wealth management and develop automation solutions.
>
> - Work on Excel VBA, Python scripts, and Google Apps Script to automate financial planning, portfolio analysis, and reporting.
>
> - Implement low-code/no-code solutions to optimize advisory workflows.

3. Data Management & API Integrations

> - Integrate financial platforms with external data sources (e.g., BSE/NSE, AMFI, mutual fund APIs).
>
> - Develop automated models for asset allocation, risk profiling, and investment tracking.
>
> - Ensure accurate data consolidation, validation, and reconciliation.

4. Software, Cloud & Security

> - Work with cloud-based tools (Google Sheets, Power BI, Python, SQL) for data automation.
>




> - Assist in integrating third-party financial tools and CRM solutions
>
> - Ensure data security and compliance with SEBI regulations, including encryption and access control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:

> - Proficiency in Excel VBA, Python, SQL, Power BI, and Google Apps Script.
>
> - Strong API integration knowledge (e.g., financial data sources, payment gateways).
>
> - Experience with cloud automation (Zapier, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar).
>
> - Fintech experience with prior knowledge of investment platforms is a plus.

Financial Knowledge:

> - Strong understanding of mutual funds, PMS, asset allocation, and risk profiling.
>
> - Ability to work with investment analytics and portfolio management tools.

Automation & Problem-Solving:

> - Ability to think strategically about how manual processes can be automated.
>
> - Experience in process automation within financial services or fintech companies.

Soft Skills:

> - Ability to collaborate with investment and advisory teams.
>
> - Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to automation and IT solutions.

Preferred Experience:

> - 2-5 years in a similar role within wealth management, PMS, financial advisory, or fintech.
>
> - Prior experience in automating financial planning processes and improving client-facing platforms.

Work Environment & Expectations:

> - On-site role at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM).
>
> - No remote/hybrid work policy—employees are required to work from the office.
