Job Title: IT Software Sales Executive Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Software Sales Executive to generate leads, identify client requirements, and sell software solutions to businesses. Key Responsibilities Generate current business leads through cold calling, networking, and client meetings. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions. Present product demonstrations and explain software features and benefits.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing with clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with the technical team for product implementation and client support. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 13 years of experience in IT Software Sales, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, or Software Solution Sales. Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Preferred Experience Experience in selling ERP, CRM, HRMS, Accounting Software, Mobile Apps, or Custom Software Solutions. Knowledge of the software sales lifecycle and client acquisition process.
