We are hiring for IT Service Management
Location :- Pune
Notice Period :- 30 Days Immediate Joiner Prefered
Company :- MNC
BE preferred with 2-3+ years of relevant IT experience
- Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, and softphones
- Basic knowledge of servers (AD, DNS, DHCP)
- Handle incidents and service requests, ensuring SLA adherence and root cause resolution
- Support basic LAN infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Troubleshoot endpoint OS issues and ensure security compliance
- Understanding of IT asset management
- Support remote and floor users based on ticket assignments
- Knowledge of WVD/AVD, and exposure to Genesys/AWS is an added advantage
- Versatile to work in shifts and coordinate across geographies
