We are looking for IT Recruiterfor our Trivandrum Location with the following skill set,

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions.
- Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize job portals, Boolean operators, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels to attract top IT talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database, ensuring accurate records and an effective recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide regular recruitment status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay updated on IT hiring trends,



market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment or a similar talent acquisition role.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
