Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2C, C2H, and FTE roles for roles like Java developer, AEM Architect, Salesforce engineer, Data, cloud engineer, SAP4 HANA etc

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals like Naukri, Linkedin.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.

- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

- 6 month-2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (C2C/C2H/FTE).

- Solid understanding of technical skills, hiring trends, and sourcing strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Must be based in Jaipur and open to work from office.
