Role Summary:

As an IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top technology talent to join our dynamic team. You’ll be part of a collaborative hiring workplace where your ideas are valued, your growth is encouraged, and your contribution directly impacts our success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding role requirements to onboarding selected candidates.

- Partner with hiring managers and delivery teams to align on technical skill needs and project priorities.

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical rounds to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support recruitment drives or campus hiring programs.

- Ensure a positive and transparent hiring experience for every candidate.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).

- 0–2 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment.

- Basic understanding of IT technologies, roles, and current hiring trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and teamwork.

- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
