We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and be capable of sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various technology domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage customer relationships by understanding hiring needs and providing regular recruitment updates.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide market insights, and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and consistent delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
