Roles & Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment activities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes based on client requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings across multiple job portals.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Learn recruitment tools, ATS, Boolean Search, and sourcing techniques.
Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities.
Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
