Job Title: IT Recruiter / BDM

Location: Work from Home / Remote

Salary: 10,000 per month + 5% Profit share on new Client Lead business you generate.

Employment Type: Full-time / Remote / WFH

Job Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
- Post job openings, shortlist profiles, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates.
- Identify and generate recent client leads for recruitment and IT staffing services.
- Approach Indian and international clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, job boards, and online business platforms.
- Maintain candidate and client databases and provide regular activity reports.
- Support client onboarding, requirement gathering, and follow-up until closure.

Candidate Requirements




- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other job portals.
- Ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, online research, and networking.
- Confidence in communicating with domestic and international clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently from home.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, business development, or lead generation is preferred.

Candidates must have their own laptop, stable internet connection, and a suitable work-from-home setup.
