We are looking for a hands-on IT Project Manager to lead ERP implementation, business application development and digital process improvement across factory, warehouse and retail café operations. The candidate will understand operational workflows, convert business requirements into clear system solutions, coordinate with users, developers and software vendors, and ensure successful adoption of applications integrated with ERP and other internal systems. Key Responsibilities

- Understand and document workflows across inventory, purchase, production, quality, dispatch, finance and retail operations.
- Convert business requirements into process maps, functional specifications, user stories and implementation plans.
- Manage ERP enhancements, integrations and process improvements around without unnecessarily rebuilding standard accounting or inventory functions.
- Guide the development of internal web and mobile applications, approval workflows, dashboards, barcode-based processes and exception alerts.
- Work closely with senior management, finance and process owners, business heads, the Business Analyst and developers.
- Prioritise projects, define milestones, track progress and ensure delivery of reliable, practical and user-friendly solutions.
- Coordinate with external software vendors for APIs, data interfaces, customisation and product-level changes.
- To process and analyse inventory, purchase, sales, production, BOM, batch, costing and finance-linked processes.
- Ensure proper controls for database design, APIs,



access rights, backups, documentation, testing and change management.
- Conduct user acceptance testing, resolve implementation issues and support smooth go-live of new systems and enhancements.
- Train users, collect feedback and improve systems after implementation to ensure effective adoption.
- Visit factory floors, warehouses and outlets when required to understand operational issues and identify practical solutions.
- Prepare project status reports, risk trackers, documentation and management updates for ongoing technology initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Application, Engineering, Business Systems, Operations or a related field.

· 5-8 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, business applications, IT project management or digital transformation.

· Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, distribution, warehouse or retail operations will be strongly preferred.

· Proficient understanding of SQL databases, APIs, system integrations, reporting tools and web/mobile application concepts.

· Experience with ERP partners, system integrators, product implementation teams or mid-sized operational organisations will be preferred.

· Candidates should be comfortable working in an evolving, owner-led business and taking end-to-end ownership of implementation and adoption.

Annual Salary: 8-12 LPA depending upon the skills and performance during interview.

Working hours: 9 hours followed by 6 days working in week.
