- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic portfolio plans to achieve business objectives.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate the planning and initiation of projects at various stages of completion.
- Monitoring Reporting: Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules of projects within the portfolio. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Team Leadership: Foster a cooperative and high-performance team environment.
- Evaluation Decision Making: Develop criteria for evaluating project proposals and making portfolio decisions. Create rules and procedures for portfolio management.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the portfolio.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT project sand portfolio management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and portfolios.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
