br]:block md:line-clamp-none"> Digital Web Solutions is seeking a dedicated and hands-on IT & Network Administrator to manage our office's entire IT and network infrastructure. This is a critical role where you will be the primary point of contact for all technology-related matters, ensuring seamless operations and providing essential support to our team.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our internet connectivity, local area network (LAN), and Wi-Fi performance. This includes proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization to guarantee reliable and productive network services for all employees.

Beyond network infrastructure, you will handle a wide range of IT support tasks, including hardware setup and maintenance, software installation and configuration, and managing IT assets. Your ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly will be key to minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.

This role also requires strong communication skills, as you will interact directly with employees at all levels to understand their IT needs, provide guidance, and resolve issues. You will also be responsible for coordinating with external vendors for services and equipment,



ensuring we receive the best support and value.

- Oversee and manage the office's internet, Wi-Fi, and LAN infrastructure.
- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of the network.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
- Manage and maintain all office IT hardware, including computers, printers, and servers.
- Install, configure, and update software applications for employees.
- Provide technical support and assistance to employees for IT-related issues.
- Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to prevent potential problems.
- Manage IT assets and inventory.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for procurement, support, and service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with employees and leadership regarding IT matters and solutions.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.
