IT Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in network and server support, Windows Server administration, and experience with various IT infrastructure components. This role involves troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining our IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support and troubleshoot client-side network and server issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

- Manage Active Directory architecture, including group policies, security settings, and schema modifications, as well as perform Active Directory migrations and manage user accounts and permissions.

- Administer Windows Server environments, including documentation, backup, performance monitoring, and ensuring high availability, as well as configure and maintain Microsoft Hyper-V and Windows Server OS for efficient virtualization.

- Install and configure IBM and HP servers and storage systems for optimal performance, and set up and manage and Cisco switches, access points, and controllers to meet networking needs.

- Implement and manage security devices such as Cyberoam and FortiGate,



deploy antivirus solutions, and ensure the security of IT infrastructure.

- Facilitate the implementation of Microsoft LYNC server to enhance communication and collaboration within the organization, and manage Microsoft Office 365 transitions to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

- Configure and troubleshoot networks, domains, DNS, DHCP, and related systems, while providing comprehensive support for servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and clients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in IT support, network and server administration.

- Proficient in Active Directory, Windows Server administration, and virtualization technologies.

- Hands-on experience with IBM and HP servers, and Cisco networking equipment.

- Strong understanding of security devices and antivirus solutions.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and LYNC server implementation.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
