- Virtualization Specialist with deep expertise in Azure Cloud, GCP Cloud (GCVE), VMware, Networking, Storage, and Microsoft Technologies. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing cloud and virtualization solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security for enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities Data Centre Operations Deploy, configure, and manage physical servers (Cisco UCS, Dell, IBM, HP). Implement and manage Data Centre Disaster Recovery (DC DR) solutions and procedures. Perform datacentre migrations (P2V, V2V, hardware refresh) and capacity planning.

Carry out firmware upgrades, hardware replacements, and preventive maintenance. Manage SAN/NAS storage, backup solutions, and replication for DR. Ensure datacentre best practices for power, cooling, cabling, and rack management.

Linux &

- Virtualization Administer and optimize Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows servers in DC environments. Deploy and manage VMware vSphere (5.57.0) clusters, HA/DRS, vMotion, and resource pools. Configure and manage NSX-T for micro-segmentation, distributed firewall,



and routing. Support VDI environments (VMware Horizon, Workspace ONE, UEM, App Volumes). Automate routine tasks using shell scripting/Ansible for efficiency. Networking &
- Security Configure and manage L2/L3 networking, VLANs, VXLANs, routing protocols (BGP/OSPF), firewalls, and load balancers. Maintain datacentre network topology including core/aggregation/access layers. Implement network segmentation and security policies across virtual and physical networks. Troubleshoot complex issues involving compute, storage, and network layers.

Qualifications Education: B.Tech in Computer Engineering (or equivalent).

Certifications (Preferred): VMware Certified Professional (VCP DCV) RHCE (Linux expertise) CCNA (Routing &

- Switching / Security) Additional: Azure AZ-104 / AZ-700 (nice to have) Experience: 5-8 years in Data Centre infrastructure operations. Proven hands-on experience with Linux system administration, VMware virtualization, and enterprise networking. Solid knowledge of DC DR mechanisms, server deployments, patching, and upgrades. Exposure to hybrid/cloud environments (Azure, GCVE, VMware Cloud) is a plus. .
