IT Executive/ Sr. Executive

:

We are seeking a proactive IT Executive/ Sr. Executive to manage IT infrastructure, networking, end-user support, workplace rechnology systems, and cloud collaborations platforms. The candidate should posses strong troubleshooting skills and be familiar ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Networking Management:

➢ Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Internet links, switches, routers, firewalls, and access points

➢ Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate with ISPs/vendors

• IT Operations:

➢ Support and maintain CCTV, Access Control Systems, Video Conferencing solutions, Printers, and other IT infrastructure

➢ Monitor uptime and ensure smooth IT operations

• Desktop Support:

➢ Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, and applications

➢ Manage hardware/software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting

• Domain & Cloud Administration

➢ User, license, email, and group administration

➢ Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Google Workspace services

➢ Assist in managing domains and DNS records with hosting providers

Qualifications & skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in IT support role
- Preferred Certifications - CCNA, Microsoft 365 Certification
- Strong understanding of Networking concepts including CP/IP, Switching, Routing, Wi-Fi
- Knowledge of Firewall & Security Fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365




- Proficiency in Windows Desktop Support, troubleshooting
- Valuable communication skills and ability to manage multiple support requests and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Location – Delhi NCR Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

- Have you administered Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive?
- Have you configured or managed DNS records, domains, or hosting services?
- Have you managed CCTV systems, Access Control Systems, or Video Conferencing infrastructure?
- Have you coordinated directly with ISPs and technology vendors for troubleshooting and escalations?
- Have you managed Google Workspace administration including users, groups, and licenses?
- Have you provided L1 and L2 support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, and business applications?
