We are looking for a passionate individual, having a computer science/IT UG/PG background with 10+ years of experience and expertise in monitoring, maintenance, upgrading, installation, configuring networks, servers, hardware, software, security protocols, threats, access control, debugging, documenting, backing up, archiving, data retrieval, recovery, IT support, and IT administration. The candidate should also have experience in client communication for IT infrastructure project management.

Responsibility:

- Monitor, maintain, and configure IT networks, servers, hardware, and software.
- Install and upgrade networks, hardware, and software components.
- Administer Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019, including Active Directory, patch management, and user management.
- Implement and troubleshoot L2 protocols (VLAN, IGMP, ARP, 802.1x, QoS, DHCP, PPPoE, IPv6).
- Configure and manage DNS, DHCP, load balancers, and SMTP email servers.
- Administer SQL Server databases, including installation, maintenance, backup, recovery, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes such as incident, problem, configuration, and change management.
- Manage disaster recovery (DR) servers and ensure synchronization with primary locations.
- Analyze, solve,



and correct issues in real-time and provide long-term solutions.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, Active Directory, Windows OS, and email.
- Maintain security, authentication, and access management for IT assets.
- Support release deployments, perform scheduled maintenance, and document changes.
- Provide hands-on support for storage management applications and database tuning.
- Train and guide team members on best practices and recent technologies.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with expertise in networks, servers, databases, and project management.
- Experience in client communication and handling projects for top-tier IT companies.
- Proficiency in L2 protocols, SQL Server, Windows/Linux servers, DNS, DHCP, and security protocols.
- Certifications like MCSE, CCNA, PMP, or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and incident/problem management.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle on-call schedules.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.
