Role & responsibilities
- Infrastructure Support: Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Network Management: Oversee LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN configurations to ensure secure internet connectivity.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine data backups, security updates, and antivirus management.
- User Assistance: Resolve technical support tickets for internal staff and manage user email accounts.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with external service providers for hardware repairs and internet outages.
