Oracle ERP Developer (PL/SQL, OAF, Workflow, APEX) – 10+ Years

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Oracle Full-Stack ERP Developer with over 10 years of hands-on experience across Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports (D2K), OAF, APEX, and Workflow Builder. This role is suited for an expert developer capable of maintaining legacy systems while actively contributing to modernization through Oracle APEX and OAF-based enhancements.

You will play a key role in bridging the gap between traditional Oracle ERP customizations and next-gen application development — ensuring backward compatibility, functional robustness, and forward-thinking architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Legacy Application Support: Maintain, debug, and enhance Oracle Forms and Reports (D2K) applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Modernization Development: Build and deploy up-to-date web-based ERP modules using Oracle APEX and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- Backend Development: Design and develop high-performance PL/SQL code for business logic, interfaces, data conversions, and validations.
- Workflow Automation: Create and manage approval workflows using Oracle Workflow Builder for EBS modules (AP, PO, GL, HR, etc.).
- Custom Reporting: Design and deliver operational and analytical reports using XML Publisher, Oracle Reports, and APEX reporting tools.
- Integration: Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between legacy and new systems,



using APIs and standard Oracle integration tools.
- Performance Optimization: Tune SQL queries, PL/SQL logic, and page rendering for improved system responsiveness and scalability.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with functional analysts, QA teams, and infrastructure teams; maintain detailed technical documentation and support user testing and deployment.

Core Technical Skills:

- Oracle PL/SQL – Advanced coding, performance tuning, exception handling
- Oracle Forms & Reports (D2K – 10g/11g) – Customization and maintenance
- Oracle Application Framework (OAF) – Custom page development and extension
- Oracle APEX (20.x+) – Web-based application development
- Oracle Workflow Builder – Workflow customization and management
- XML Publisher – Report template design and formatting
- SQL performance tools, debugging, and trace analysis.
- Proven experience in Oracle EBS integrations with other applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Certifications:
- Oracle Certified Professional – PL/SQL or Developer Track

- Proven experience across full software development lifecycle (SDLC) in Oracle ERP environments
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS architecture and module data models (especially Financials, SCM, HRMS)
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud migration projects or hybrid ERP architectures (a plus)
