Position Title: IT & Automation Developer (AI & Business Systems) Work Arrangement: Ahmedabad- India About The Role We are seeking a motivated Junior IT & Automation Developer to assist in developing business dashboards, workflow automations, and web-based solutions. This role is ideal for someone with practical experience in software development, API integrations, databases, and emerging AI technologies.

This role focuses on delivering practical business solutions and automating manual processes rather than enterprise-scale software engineering.

Key Responsibilities Dashboard Development

- Design and develop interactive dashboards using web technologies and reporting tools.
- Build management reporting solutions using Excel, or web-based platforms.
- Create visualizations for financial, operational, and business data.

Automation & Integration

- Develop workflow automation solutions to reduce manual work.
- Integrate cloud software using APIs.
- Retrieve and process data from:





○ Cloud applications ○ Databases

○ Excel spreadsheets

○ Local software systems

- Build automated data import/export processes.

Web Portal Development

- Assist in developing and maintaining internal web portals.
- Implement user authentication and access controls.
- Ensure secure handling of business data
- Deploy dashboards and reporting solutions through web applications.

Document Processing

- Implement OCR-based document processing solutions.
- Develop document classification and data extraction workflows.
- Automate handling of invoices, statements, forms, and other business documents.

AI & Emerging Technologies

- Assist in evaluating and implementing AI-powered business solutions.
- Work with AI tools, assistants, and automation platforms.
- Support development and deployment of basic AI agents and chat-based solutions.
- Research opportunities to improve business processes using AI.

Database & Security

- Work with SQL databases and data storage systems.
- Develop secure methods for data access and storage.
- Follow security best practices for APIs, user authentication, and sensitive information.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess 3-5 years of development experience.

- Strong Excel skills,



including: ○ Formulas ○ Data analysis ○ Power Query ○ VBA (desirable)
- Experience developing dashboards and reports.
- Knowledge of: ○ REST APIs ○ JSON ○ Data integrations ○ Automation tools
- Basic SQL and database knowledge.
- Web development knowledge: ○ HTML ○ CSS ○ JavaScript ○ Modern frameworks (React preferred but not mandatory)

Automation & AI

- Experience with workflow automation.
- Basic understanding of OCR technologies.
- Exposure to AI tools and AI-assisted development.
- Understanding of AI agents and large language models is desirable.
