We are looking for a dedicated IT Asset & Support Executive to join our team at Repaio Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end IT asset management and providing first-level technical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT assets such as laptops, desktops, chargers, headsets, keyboards, mice, SIM cards, and other accessories.
- Handle asset allocation during employee onboarding and asset recovery during offboarding.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and asset movement logs.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, internet, and peripherals.
- Install and configure Windows OS, software applications, and user accounts.
- Troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues and coordinate with vendors for repairs and warranty claims.
- Maintain documentation, asset registers, and generate monthly reports.
- Ensure proper tracking of company IT assets and compliance with organizational security policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma or Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or IT Asset Management is preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
