About the Role

We are seeking an innovative Associate IT Analyst II with 3+ years of experience to build AI-powered solutions, develop intelligent agents, and drive AI adoption across the organization. The role focuses on Agentic AI, GenAI integrations, automation, and evaluating emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and Copilot Studio solutions to automate business processes and enhance employee productivity.
- Develop agentic workflows leveraging SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and enterprise data sources.
- Design and implement RAG-based AI experiences, custom copilots, and knowledge solutions using SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 content.
- Create AI-powered solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Develop secure integrations using Microsoft Graph, APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and enterprise applications.
- Leverage tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Claude Code, and Cursor to accelerate delivery.
- Drive AI adoption through governance, training, best practices, and measurable business outcomes.
- Research, prototype,



and scale creative Microsoft AI and Agentic AI solutions across the enterprise.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience developing business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft technologies
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Generative AI concepts
- Familiarity with Dataverse, APIs, JSON, and Power Platform integrations
- Experience working with GitHub or Azure DevOps for solution management
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver automated and AI-assisted solutions
