Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Integration Consultant/Developer with strong expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) integrations, preferably with hands-on experience in Ironclad. The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, and supporting integrations between Ironclad and enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ERP platforms, document management systems, and other third-party applications.The role requires strong technical integration skills, problem-solving ability, and experience working closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Ironclad and external enterprise systemsWork on API-based integrations, middleware platforms, and data synchronization processesCollaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand integration requirementsDevelop and support integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, DocuSign, SharePoint, etc.Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting activitiesSupport migration and integration testing activitiesMonitor integration performance and resolve issues proactivelyCreate technical documentation, integration flow diagrams, and support materialsParticipate in client discussions, technical workshops, and solution design sessions

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills:4+ years of experience in integration development/supportHands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web servicesExperience working with JSON, XML,



and data transformationStrong understanding of system integration architecture and workflowsExperience with middleware/integration platforms such as: MuleSoftBoomiWorkatoCeligoDell BoomiOther iPaaS platforms

Preferred Skills:Experience working with Ironclad integrationsExperience integrating CLM platforms with Salesforce or ERP systemsKnowledge of OAuth, SSO, authentication, and security conceptsExposure to contract lifecycle management processesBasic understanding of workflow automation and business processes

Soft Skills:Robust communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong analytical and troubleshooting capabilitiesTeam player with client-facing experience

Nice to Have:Experience in Legal Tech / CLM domainExposure to Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Sirion, or other CLM platformsCertification in integration or cloud platforms
